ARTIFACT: This is a scarce World War II United States Army Air Forces 2nd Air Force "e;highly feathered"e; variant patch. The patch has been only lightly used and shows a golden hawk or eagle beneath a star.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 2-11/16" in height and 2-11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII United States Army Air Forces patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RAV90 LBCX3/14

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The patch shows only some light wear along the edge.
