WWII USAAF 9th Air Force Patch "Pillowed 9" Variant, Lightly Used

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 9th Air Force patch "pillowed 9" variant. The patch has been lightly used and shows a winged number 9 with a star overhead.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-5/8" in height and 2-1/4" in width.

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

To be sewn onto uniform.
