This is a scarce circa World War II "olive drab border" shoulder patch for the United States Army 81st Division, also known as "Wildcat". The patch shows a black cat at its center and does not have a black border like other patches for the 81st.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in silk/cotton threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
