ARTIFACT: Scarce WWII Unofficial PT Boat badge in sterling silver for Enlisted United States Navy seamen with great, original finish. The badge is in the shape of a PT Boat slicing through the ocean water and reads: "PT" on the bow.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/2" x 9/16"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Lacquered sterling silver

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop in locking swivel catch

MARKINGS: "STERLING", "STERLING PAT. 2066969" (on pinback)

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USN collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VDZ16 LBHEX11/16 SBHEX8/18

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge shows minor wear, much of the original lacquer finish remains intact, overall very fine condition.
