ARTIFACT: Scarce WWII Royal Air Force (RAF) Radio Observer wing made in the United Kingdom. The wing shows the letters: "RO" encircled by a brown wreath with a white embroidered wing and is padded for Service Dress.
VINTAGE: Circa WWII
SIZE: Approximately 3-1/2" x 1-3/8"
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidered wool felt, cotton/polyester thread, padding, treated paper backing
