Scarce Early WWII Royal Air Force (RAF) Radio Observer Wing Padded for Service Dress

This is a scarce circa early World War II Royal Air Force (RAF) radio observer wing. The wing is padded for service dress and the wreath beneath the "RO" is in golden brown embroidery.

Circa early World War II.

Approximately 2-1/8" in height and 3" in width.

Wool embroidered in silk/cotton threads, padding, muslin backing.
