Scarce WWII Croatian Fascist Ustasha Hat Badge. The badge is stamped aluminum and depicts the Ustasha emblem and national coat-of-arms. The Ustasha were brutal during WWII and responsible for many deaths and eventually all who opposed and/or threatened the Ustasha were outlawed.
