This is a Rare World War II Croatian Ustasha Belt Buckle Excavated. Ustasha is Croatian fascist movement that nominally ruled the Independent State of Croatia during World War II.

Approximately 2-1/8" in height x 2-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Zinc.
