Scarce WWII 29th Infantry, Massachusetts State Guard DI in Plastic by Whitehead & Hoag

This is a scarce World War II distinctive insignia in plastic for the 29th Infantry, Massachusetts State Guard. The DI is by Whitehead & Hoag of Newark, New Jersey. The DI shows the Arm of Miles Standish at the top of the crest and reads STATUS ET PATRIA (State and Nation) below.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-1/2" in height and 15/16" in width.

Plastic.

Vertical safety-style pin, plastic saddle.

WHITEHEAD & HOAG.

The DI you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months MBJX13 LHEX8/13 S(1)GJX9/15
