Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a scarce distinctive insignia for the United States Army Coast Artillery Replacement Training Center at Camp Eustis, Virginia. The DI shows three diamonds and reads CURA DAT VICTORIAM (Diligence gives victory).

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 15/16"x 1-3/16"

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

STERLING.
