ARTIFACT:

Scarce, late 1940's National Flying Farmers' Association lapel wings. The NFFA was the predecessor of the Modern International Flying Farmers. The lapel wings shows a blue enameled shield in the center with the letters: "NFFA"

Circa late 1940's

Approximately 1" x 1/4"

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt brass, enamel

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with drop in locking swivel catch

MARKINGS:

CONDITION:

6+ (Fine—Very Fine): The lapel wings show moderate to heavy wear and oxidation, some enamel loss, much of the gilt details remain intact, overall fine condition.
