Scarce Early War USAAF Pilot Wing by Amico with Pre-War Mark

This is a scarce early war United States Army Air Forces pilot wing by Amico. The wing is in sterling silver and has a pre-war hallmark on reverse.

Circa 1942.

About 3" in width by 3/4" in height.

Sterling silver.

Horizontal pin with a come-under locking catch.

Pre-war AMICO maker's mark and STERLING.
