ARTIFACT: This is a scarce pair of Spanish Air Force instructor collar badges circa 1939-1943. Each badge is a red diamond with a crown beneath which sits a vigilant eagle astride a wing.

VINTAGE: Circa 1939-1943.

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/8" in height and 1-3/8" in width (each).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass on felt-wrapped brass; brass backing.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing (each).

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAEJX10 LCEJX11/10

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Each badge has some spots of light to medium wear on felt and minor tarnish.
