Scarce circa 1943 1944 WWII War Savings Bond Seller Award "Medal Ribbon" pin in wartime shortage plastic. The blue and white medal pin shows a soldier in the center in blue against a background of white and flanked with blue rectangles.
VINTAGE:Circa 1943 - 1944
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/8" x ½"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plastic, steel
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with plastic 'C' type catch.
