ARTIFACT: Scarce circa 1943 – 1944 WWII War Savings Bond Seller Award "Medal Ribbon" pin in wartime shortage plastic. The blue and white medal pin shows a soldier in the center in blue against a background of white and flanked with blue rectangles.

VINTAGE: Circa 1943 - 1944

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/8" x ½"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plastic, steel

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with plastic 'C' type catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Homefront collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAM15 LCHX12/15

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The medal pin shows moderate to heavy surface wear, nearly all the colored details remain, overall fine condition.
