Description
ARTIFACT: This is a rare circa 1970s pilot wing 2nd Issue for Provincetown-Boston Airlines, a New England outfit that operated from 1949 to 1980. The enameled center of the wing shows a lone gull in flight.
VINTAGE: Circa 1970s.
SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in height and 3-1/8" in length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT: Two posts with covered clutch-backs.
MARKINGS: None.
