Scarce 1950s USAF 55th Weather Recon. Squadron Jacket Patch

Scarce jacket patch from the 1950s USAF 55th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron in near mint condition. The patch reads 55TH WEATHER RECONN SQDN and shows someone with binoculars atop a weathervane in the clouds.

1950s.

About 4 ½" high and 4" wide.

Fully embroidered with cotton embroidery thread.

To be sewn onto garment.
