ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1910s The Carter's Inks Company (TCI) celluloid advertising badge by Boston Badge Company. The badge promotes Carter's INX line of products.

VINTAGE: Circa 1910s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/16" in width and 3-11/16" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid-wrapped tin, silk ribbon, paper backing.

ATTACHMENT: Straight pin.

MARKINGS: Boston Badge Co. Badges, Buttons, 294 Wash'n St. BOSTON 49 (and union mark).

ITEM NOTES: This is from an advertising collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay VEN94 LDEX10/12

CONDITION: 5+ (Fine-): The badge has some light wear and there is creasing and partial disintegration of the ribbon.
