This is a Salty circa 1940 American Airlines Pilot Hat Badge GF (Gold Fill) on Sterling by Balfour.

Circa 1940.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height x 1-1/4" in width.

Gold Fill on Sterling.

Single screw post with disc backing and pin.

"GF" on lback of the left side of "A".
