This is a restricted 1944 United States Army (War Department) and United States Navy booklet entitled "A Pocket Guide to France." This is a guide to the country, people and customs of France given to servicemen preparing to take part in the D-Day Invasion. There is a two-page spread of a French map in the center, and several useful phrases and words translated from English.
