This is a very cool WWII CPT Civilian Pilot Training Program license plate "Topper" from the Chappell Flying Service Flight School, located at Burns Airport, Detroit, Michigan.

Circa WWII.

SIZE:

Approximately 6" in width x 6" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silk Screen Painted Pressed Steel.
