This is a rare World War II United States Marine Corps Chief warrant officer rank. There are two bar-shaped pins, each with a red bar across the front.

Circa World War II.

1-1/8" height and 3/8" width.

Sterling and 1/20 10k gold with enamel.

Horizontal pin with come-under swivel catch

Four-pointed star with HH inside and 1/20 10 K + STER.
