ARTIFACT:

This is a rare pre-war Model 1937 United States Marine Corps officer's EGA for cap and collar in plated brass.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1937.

SIZE:

Large EGA: approximately 1-3/4" height and 1-1/2" width; small EGA: approximately 1-3/8" height and 1-1/8" width (each).

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass, brass backings.

ATTACHMENT:

Each EGA: single screw post with disc backing and stabilization pin.

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): EGAs shows some small spots of light wear and tarnish only.
