This is a rare World War II Allied "V for Victory" lapel pin showing the crossed flags of the United States and the Dominican Republic. The center of the pin is a large "V" with the Morse Code for "Victory" right above.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 5/8" in height and 13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:Vilardebo Y Riera Antigua on backing.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a WWII homefront V for Victory pin collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX14 LHEX7/14
CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The pin has only very light wear.
