This is a rare World War II Royal Dutch Navy aircraft observer wing in bullion. The wing is English-made. Its center reads "W" (waarnemer, or observer) against a blue circle.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 3-15/16" in width.

Wool embroidered with bullion thread, silk details, cloth backing.
