This is a rare, Disney-designed decal for the United States Army Air Force 420th Night Fighter Squadron, 481st Night Fighter Operational Training Group (June 1943-March 1944). The decal shows an owl in nightclothes armed with a match and an assault rifle.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:5-3/4" square.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Color decal with original backing.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VGHX09 LBGEX SBDBX11/10
CONDITION:8+ (Excellent): Decal has never been peeled and shows little wear.
