ARTIFACT: This is a rare, Disney-designed decal for the United States Army Air Force 420th Night Fighter Squadron, 481st Night Fighter Operational Training Group (June 1943-March 1944). The decal shows an owl in nightclothes armed with a match and an assault rifle.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 5-3/4" square.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Color decal with original backing.
