ARTIFACT:
This is a rare World War I history of the United States Army 116th Engineers, Sunset Division, AEF (American Expeditionary Forces) at Angers, France. The book was printed in France and edited by Corporal Mark A. Shields. It has a great graphic cover of a marching soldier in color print. On the inside of the reverse cover are some signatures from members of the marching band of the 116th from 1961 (band group photo shown above). Their band was the original "Million Dollar Band".

64 pages with black and white photographs; approximately 9-1/2" in height and 6-1/8" in width and 1/2" in thickness.

Oaktag cover, paper.

CONDITION:
6+ (Fine-Very Fine): The book shows some moderate aging and some spots of wear and minor staining to the cover; there is a hole on the first page; some tearing to spine.
