This is a French made shoulder patch for the United States Army engineers at Camp Pontanezen in Brest, France. The patch is a red circle and shows a diagonal white ladder at center.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:2-1/2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Felt patch embroidered in white silk piping.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto a uniform.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Patch shows light wear and has retained its wonderful cherry red hue.
