This is a rare circa World War I French - made United States Army Tank Corps (Armored Troops) officer collar insignia. The insignia is a WWI tank supported by two fire-breathing dragons, all resting upon a laurel-festooned platform.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in height and 1-13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper-plated brass, brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The insignia shows some light wear only.
