ARTIFACT: Rare WWI Canadian 1918 Victory Loan Subscriber (buyer) pin. The center of the badge features a flag with five diagonal lines where the American flag has a block of stars, the opposite corner shows a coat of arms and the outer edge of the flag is a thick red border with the year: "1918" beneath. Surrounding the flag it reads: "SUBSCRIBER VICTORY LOAN". The outer edge of the badge is dark blue and in small print along the bottom reads: "TRADE MARK REG."

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid, steel

ATTACHMENT: Straight pin

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The pin shows moderate surface wear and slight oxidation on reverse, overall very fine condition.
