Rare Sterling WWII US Maritime Service Chief Petty Officer Cap Badge by Coro

This is a rare United States Maritime Service chief petty officer cap badge. The badge has an overall shape of two crossed anchors in an X formation and shows a crest at center reading UNITED STATES MARITIME SERVICE.

Circa World War II.

1-9/16" height and 1-5/8" width.

Sterling silver with red enamel.

Single screw pin with disc backing and two stabilizing pins.
