ARTIFACT: This is a rare mid-1960's US Navy Submarine Dash Model of the USS Jack (SSN 605). The submarine was both designed and built at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The model itself is made of wood, covered in black resin which is held up off a wooden mount by aluminum stands.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960's

SIZE: About 13-1/2" x 2-7/8" x 4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wood, Aluminum, & Resin
