ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1967 plaque for the USS Jack SSN-605, a nuclear attack submarine. The ship was built at Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard in Kittery, Maine in 1960 and launched April 24, 1963. The plaque is wooden with a great brass playing card mounted upon it.

VINTAGE: Circa 1967.

SIZE: Approximately 8" in height and 6-7/16" in width and 7/8" in depth.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wood and brass.

ATTACHMENT: Hole.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay VAJJX11 LABEX10/11 SLAAEX7/16

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The plaque shows little wear and has a few spots of slight oxidation.
