Rare, late 1940's USAAF/USAF Flight Nurse Wing made in Germany by Assman during the early Occupation Period. The wing features a caduceus - a winged staff encircled by two snakes – with an encircled "N" in the center.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated white metal
