This is a post-World War II (late 1940s) United States Army Air Forces or United States Air Force navigator wing by Vanguard. The USAAF became the USAF in 1947.

Circa late 1940s.

Approximately 11/16" in height and 3" in width.

Plated brass.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
