This is a Rare Late 1930's Scioto County Ohio, County Health Nurse Badge Initials & RN Number on Back.
VINTAGE:Late 1930's.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/16" in height x 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated nickel with painted lettering.
