ARTIFACT: This is a Rare Late 1930's Scioto County Ohio, County Health Nurse Badge Initials & RN Number on Back.

VINTAGE: Late 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/16" in height x 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel-plated nickel with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with C catch.
