RARE Japanese Made 1956 VMF-451 Squadron Patch

ARTIFACT: This rare Japanese made patch from Marine Fighter Squadron 451 belonged to Herbert “Trigger” Long, who was CO of VMF-451 with the FJ-4 Fury in 1956. Patch was given along with a card that is initialed by Herbert and dates the patch.

VINTAGE: 1956.

SIZE: About 3 ¾” high and 3 ¾” wide.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Embroidery on wool felt.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.
