Rare early WWII British War Relief Service Welsh Section Donation Badge. The lovely red, green, and white enameled badge displays a crest with a banner along the top that reads: "CYMRU AM BYTH". The reverse reads: "SPECIAL B. W. R. S. WELSH SECTION"in embossed lettering.
