ARTIFACT:

This is a Rare Early Early 70's US Navy SEAL Officer Mess Dress Trident Badge by Vanguard.  This badge is nicely marked by Vanguard. It has an eagle behind an anchor and holding a gun and trident in his talons.

VINTAGE:

Circa WWII.early 1970's

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/8" in height x 11/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt Brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Two posts with clutch-backs.

MARKINGS:
