ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1954 United States Air Force 531st Fighter-Bomber Squadron patch made in France. It shows a black crow in flight holding two lightning bolts in his claws.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1954.

SIZE:

About 5" in width by 4" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Cotton/silk embroidery on twill.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn to flight clothing.
