ARTIFACT:

This is Rare Circa 1930 New Jersey Traffic Commission Deputy Inspector Badge by Norton, Farr and Cummings. Small, Short - Lived Motor Vehicle Related agency whose main task was to confirm statewide conformity of Local Traffic Laws.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1930.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-5/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Brass, with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.

MARKINGS:
