Rare Ca 1920 (1916?) Girl Scouts 1st G.S.T.S. Leader Collar Insignia

This is a rare circa 1920 (possibly 1916) Girl Scouts 1st G.S.T.S. leader collar insignia. This insignia, made of blackened brass, is quite simple in design. It has G.S.T.S. on two horizontal bars. Protruding up from the middle of the top of the "S" and "T," is a "1."
