This is a beautiful World War I 5th Marine Brigade shoulder patch. The patch is red and shows an eagle, globe and anchor in black.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:About 3-7/16" in width by 3-5/16" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk on felt with cotton thread.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. LCIEX SCEJX5/12
CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Very minor wear and aging; the silk has come up from the stitching in places.
