This is a rare and great World War II United States War Correspondent patch made in the European Theatre of Operations, specifically in Italy. The patch is in khaki twill and has blue embroidered triangle at its center reading US.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-11/16" in height and 3-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill patch embroidered in silk/cotton threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The patch shows only some light wear and has some small areas of slight discoloration/bleeding.
