ARTIFACT:

This is an English-made printed shoulder patch for the United States Army ADSEC (Advance Section, Communications Zone, European Theater of Operations). The patch shows a blue star against a cloud above bolts of lightning that are breaking a golden chain into two.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 3-3/8" in height and 2-7/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Printed cotton.
