ARTIFACT:

This is a great and rare police lines badge issued jointly by the Massachusetts State Police, the Boston Police and the Metropolitan District Commission for 1970-197It was issued to Springfield Union newspaper photographer Frank C. Usin, Jr. The pass has Usin's photograph affixed to the back and also displays his right thumbprint.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1970-1971.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-3/4" in width by 3-3/4" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Laminated paper, photograph.

ATTACHMENT:

Metal squeeze clip.
