Rare 1943 New Jersey Defense Corps / Civil Defense Communications Bevo Patch Converted to Armband

Rare circa 1943 New Jersey Defense Corps / Civil Defense Communicators patch in Bevo weave converted to an armband with elastics attached with aluminum grommets. The center shows a white triangle with the letters: "CD" in the center and "DC" on either side and surrounding it reads: "COMMUNICATIONS NEW JERSEY"
