ARTIFACT: This is a Rare World War II Los Angeles Sheriff Department Auxiliary Cap & Patch Civil Defense.

VINTAGE: World War II.

SIZE: Approximately: Size 7-1/4 / 4-7/8" in height x 11-3/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: Cotton with Silk liner and Patch is Silk embroidered on twill and silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: To be worn on head.

CONDITION: 9 (Excellent - Near Mint): The cap shows no wear, but inside sweat band has light damage (Image 6), but overall, it is in excellent condition.
