This is a rare 1931 Indian Motocycles 30th anniversary promotional pin with the "Laughing Indian" logo. Indian Motocycles started burning rubber in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1901, made first under the name Hendee Manufacturing Company. The pin is made of copper and shaped like an arrowhead.
This is from an early motocycle motorcycle motorcycles company collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1931.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in height and 5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety-style pin.
