Rare 1930's USN CPO Hat Badge by Blackinton Early V.H. BLACKINTON CO. Maker Mark

ARTIFACT:

Rare 1930's United States Navy Chief Petty Officer hat badge by Blackinton. This beautiful badge is an anchor and rope with the letters: "USN" in the center. The reverse shows an early "V. H. BLACKINTON CO." maker mark.

VINTAGE:

Circa early 1930's.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt and silvered brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS:

"V. H. BLACKINTON CO."
