Rare 1920's-30's Radiator Shape Ford Employee Badge from Highland Park Badge

This is a rare 1920's-30's Ford employee badge in the shape of a radiator. This badge is from the Highland Park plant. It has an old repair done to the locking catch, and it no longer works properly.
